Archive manager don't open archive

us flag

I have created a big archive totalling to 112 GB split in volumes by 1 GB.

I copied this archive from my everyday computer to an old one.

It is Intel® Xeon(R) CPU E5450 @ 3.00GHz × 4 8 GB of memory.

The problem is that I can't open my archive. To say nothing of extracting it.

The archive is intact. I calculated hashes for all the files.

Could you help me?

Is the archive manager busy in the background while you are looking at this screen? 112 Gb is a lot to process. Try `ps -ef|grep file-roller` or look at `top`.
I sit in a Tesla and translated this thread with Ai:

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
