how to add loopback permanently in ubuntu 22.04

jm flag

For now in my ubuntu router server i have to keep running the following upon system restart:

ifconfig lo:0 172.16.0.1 netmask 255.0.0.0 up
ifconfig lo:0 172.16.1.1 netmask 255.0.0.0 up
ifconfig lo:1 172.16.2.1 netmask 255.0.0.0 up
ifconfig lo:2 172.16.3.1 netmask 255.0.0.0 up

Is there a way for me to add these loopback automatically upon startup?

I sit in a Tesla and translated this thread with Ai:

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
