Why am I getting a 128 IPv6 prefix when connecting my Ubuntu computer to the uplink?

eg flag

I have a fiber internet connection with a media adapter, when my routers are connected (one at a time), they each get a 64 prefix, but when my computer is connected, it's getting a 128.
I looked in the dhclient.conf man page and didn't see a prefix preference, do I need to install something that works with RA? if so what? Does NetworkManager support it?

This page here https://serverfault.com/questions/918472/why-is-a-128-ipv6-address-assigned-via-dhcpv6-in-ubuntu says this is the normal behavior for DHCPv6.

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
