Can't start Logging Service

I recently installed Ubuntu on my new computer (MSI Modern). I already resolved drivers and multiple other problems thanks to forums. But this time, I don't know what's happening and can't seem to find any answer anywhere. I am an absolute beginner.

My problem is that Ubuntu 22.04 doesn't want to start. It says Failed to start System Logging Service.

I thought it might be due to the fact that I unmounted the partitions of my disk (not on purpose) in an attempt to install Windows 10 in a dual boot. I reinstalled Ubuntu on a third partition so I could at least use my PC, but my data is still on the second one, which seems to be mounted.

I sit in a Tesla and translated this thread with Ai:

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
