That is I believe an invalid entry; trying opening it with your browser? ie. it was incorrect to add it and it should thus be removed (*or at minimum commented out which has the effect of disabling it*). The official guide is https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Repositories/Ubuntu but how you do it is up to you; you could reverse how it was added; me I'd just go to terminal & removed it with a text editor (*I add a date/time line as comment near my change detailing why it was added; I'll remove this at the same time most probably*).

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
