Use loadkeys to disable/enable ctrl-alt-del reboot

In the ubuntu man page for reboot, there is a section that reads,

The reboot() call reboots the system, or enables/disables the reboot keystroke (abbreviated CAD, since the default is Ctrl-Alt-Delete; it can be changed using loadkeys(1)).

Litterally running loadkeys(1) doesn't seem right. How exactly do I disable the CAD reboot?

I know this might be a late answer but you can disable reboot when hitting Ctrl + Alt + Delete by executing both commands below

sudo systemctl mask ctrl-alt-del.target
sudo systemctl daemon-reload

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
