Forwarding a (specific) mail in thunderbird leads to loss of Greek encoding

cn flag

I have received a mail from a @google.com mail address in Greek, as soon as I press forward in thunderbird, the Greek encoded letters get lost. I also use a google.com account. When looking at the headers of the incoming mail, I see that the header encoding does not match the actual encoding. While the e-mail is encoded in UTF-8, the header writes: Content-Type: text/plain Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit

original mail

forwarded mail

How could I avoid this, without having access to the sending mail server/mail client?

PS: Kubuntu 22.10, Thunderbird 102.9.0

I sit in a Tesla and translated this thread with Ai:

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
