Do you know for a fact that this device works with Ubuntu? Does it need drivers?

100% sure? no. I did check the reviews on it and several mentioned they were able to get it working with linux. I dont know if it requires drivers specifically

So they predate 22.04 LTS and you never said what Linux they said it works on. I suspect the device is simply too old for this newest version of Ubuntu or maybe any version of Ubuntu.

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
