Self signed certificate working on chrome in windows, but not on ubuntu

mp flag

I'm hosting some site thru apache2 in virtualbox. I am connecting by https://. I have trouble reaching it on chrome in Ubuntu. I ran the same virtual machine on windows and there it loaded in chrome after disabling "chrome://flags#block-insecure-private-network-requests". Then - the site loaded with a skipable warning about the certificate. Disabling the same flag on Ubuntu does nothing. The chrome version is the same (111) on both OSs. The error code on ubuntu is: "ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR". It doesn't give any button to pass thru it. Can someone help me? The server configuration is obviously correct as it works on windows just fine.

I tried running the site in firefox - the error code there is: SSL_ERROR_RX_RECORD_TOO_LONG On DEV version of chrome the error code is: ERR_ADDRESS_UNREACHABLE. On chromium it's the same as on stable chrome.

I sit in a Tesla and translated this thread with Ai:

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
