Can't access wireless network adapter

do flag

Previously I tried to configure static IP address on /etc/network/interfaces then suddenly I can't access wireless network. It says no wifi adapter found. I already tried many methods such as rfkill list and it shows no soft block nor hard block on wireless adapter, but every time I boot, it shows a message like this:

UBSAN: array-index-out-of-bounds in /build/linux-hwe-5.19-BHK0qz/linux-hwe-5.19-5.19.0/drivers/net/wireless/realtek/rtlwifi/rtl8192se/rf.c:31:20
index -1 is out of range for type 's8 [59]'

Is there any way to solve it? I think it's related to my wireless adapter problem.

I sit in a Tesla and translated this thread with Ai:

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
