Is there a way to type in the Elder Futhark Runes without painstakingly typing each unicode symbol?

I have a great interest in typing in the Elder Futhark on Linux and am wondering if there's an application that I haven't heard of that can help me to accomplish that similarly to how microsoft IME works.

Cheers.

One idea is to create an `~/.XCompose` file, add some `<Multi_key>` entries there, and define a [compose key](https://help.ubuntu.com/stable/ubuntu-help/tips-specialchars.html#compose) to be able to type such characters more conveniently.

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
