With gnome/ubuntu 22.04 or later, can I make an app launch as Always on Visible Workspace

Is there a wrapper/launcher that will launch an app as Always on Visible Workspace and/or always on top? In the wayland session.

That is: If I launch firefox, for example, I can use Alt-space to access a menu with options "Always on Visible Workspace" and "Always on Top". Rather than having to access that menu after launching the app, I would like "Always on Visible Workspace" to be enabled immediately.

The Menu Editor which lets one edit desktop files (that is menu entries) does not reveal any configuration possibility to do this.

I wonder if there exists a launcher script or some other tip that enables this setting by default when I launch Firefox.

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
