Could you expand your question a bit? MariaDB 10.3.11 was released in 2018 and the missing file issue being reported was primarily seen on Ubuntu 14.04 and 16.04. So, with this in mind: (1) is this a *new* 20.04 installation or one that has been used for some time? (2) was this 20.04 installation upgraded from 16.04 or older?

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
