Can't mount/gave access/assign IP to my Iomega IX2 network server

ifconfig

Within GUI and notification I still got this: when interface tried to connect after the process is repeated approx. 30 seconds.

I reset the server to the initial settings, hoping to catch the ip, but to no avail. About 10 years I worked only on archlinux, but I was forced to sit only on windows for the next 8 years, so I forgot a lot. Fortunately, I'm no stranger to it. I never wanted to develop any distro, because it's not a job for me, but only successfully use them. That's why I'm asking for help.

The title and the content of the question do not seem to match. You may also want to remove the history from the question, it does not help understand what it is you are trying to do. https://askubuntu.com/help/how-to-ask
I sit in a Tesla and translated this thread with Ai:

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
