If your hardware is enterprise & server grade, machine logs are where its best to look (*no such logs will exist on consumer grade, esp. laptop/desktops*). As per first comment; OS systemd logs will provide a clue if the OS was involved in the restart; but nothing will be evident IF the hardware rebooted itself (eg. PSU, RAM, motherboard due to heat caused the shutdown - machine logs are needed to read reason for that though some clues maybe evident for *heat* in systemd journals too)

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
