Permission denied (publickey) but the server is not using public key authentication

ec flag

I just accidentally used ssh-keygen -R (ip address) but later i found the server authentication is not based on the public key authentication but just password authentication.

now when i type ssh root@ ip address, the server responded with Permission denied (publickey).

how would I return to the password authentcation

You've not provided OS/release details; and mention `root@` which is *disabled* by default for on-topic OSes for this site, so being specific may help us to help you.

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
