Consecutive networkd-dispatcher error messages for virtual Docker interfaces

aw flag

My question is much like the issue described here, except I'm using an LXC of Ubuntu 23.04. In that answer, it was marked as solved because I guess the networkd-dispatcher service was patched. However, I am getting the same errors in 23.04, and the only way I can stop them is by restarting the service. Here is the journal output of the networkd-dispatcher service showing the error in question:

Is this the same bug reported in v22, but just not updated in 23, or is there some other solution?

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
