I am using Ubuntu 23.04 x84_64. I am getting this screen. Saying to login again, but loging in is not doing anything.

In previous session, I installed fuse and libfuse2 sudo apt install fuse libfuse2 and I was trying to install pyqt5 , but cancelled it because of slow internet connection. enter image description here

I have no idea why it is happening. Please help me .

Google `Ubuntu recovery mode` - to find instructions how to enter there... then you will probably need to either attempt re-install or maybe remove (and clean up after) all remnants of QT and pyqt - to begin with.
I sit in a Tesla and translated this thread with Ai:

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
