Installing jaxlib for cuda 11.8

I'm trying to install jax and jaxlib for snerg (https://github.com/google-research/google-research/tree/master/snerg). Unfortunately when I try to install jax and jaxlib for Cuda 11.8 with the following command :

pip install --upgrade jax jaxlib==0.1.69+cuda118 -f https://storage.googleapis.com/jax-releases/jax_releases.html

I get the following error:
