Mic Noise Cancellation in 22.04

us flag

My HP Pavilion comes with Bang & Olufsen sound which has no Linux support. But I saw a lot of old topics here talking about PulseAudio, Pipewire etc. Wondering whether there is anything at all that can help me cancel the horrible noise disturbance in Ubuntu 22.04. It is gone in Windows 10 (dual boot) if I tick the " Mic Noise Cancellation " option in the Bang & Olufsen software.

I can use Bluetooth headphones and mic audio quality is a lot better. But it helps a lot if I can get the same noise-free recording with the in-built mic as well somehow. Thanks.

Update 1:

Tried this video, didn't help much. The voice became too blunt

Update 2:

This one works. But not as good as the AI tools

I sit in a Tesla and translated this thread with Ai:

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
