Your messages show *outdated* packages; eg. I looked up a package and the expected result is `vim-common | 2:8.2.3995-1ubuntu2.10 | jammy-updates | all` which is **not** what you're trying to get - ie. update your software lists using `sudo apt update`

Your post was a little hard to read, but your messages show outdated packages;

eg. I looked up a package and the expected result is

vim-common | 2:8.2.3995-1ubuntu2.10 | jammy-updates    | all
vim-common | 2:8.2.3995-1ubuntu2.10 | jammy-security   | all

which is not what you're trying to get - ie. update your software lists using

sudo apt update

and read the output to check there are no warnings/errors that need to be dealt with; then on retry your current issue should not re-occur.

I sit in a Tesla and translated this thread with Ai:

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
