Bluetooth settings are not retained

ve flag

Ubuntu 23.04 Bluetooth disabled. Once I had to enable it. Before shutting down I disabled it again. Now, on every reboot it always on. No matter how many times I disable it, it turns on again on the next reboot.

What is the right way to disable it until I turn it on again manually? I'm not sure what other details you may need: please feel free to ask any further info.

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
