Only one of the NVMe devices is being detected here. RAID cards are not 'drives' necessarily and not all RAID cards are *supported* by Ubuntu. Did you make sure that raid card is properly set up with the NVME drives on it from its own settings? Additionally, since it's a RAID card, it might not show up as an NVMe drive but as something else because it's not *really* an NVMe device at that point
