Pycharm not detecting the installed Latex distribution

in flag

Previously, I had installed texlive using sudo apt install texlive-full. Pycharm was able to detect the installed Latex distribution. However, apt installs only 2019 texlive version. I wanted to use the latest version of changes package for which I had to use latest texlive. So, I uninstalled the existing texlive following this blog and installed the latest version of texlive following the instructions in this webpage. I've updated my PATH variable as suggested and hence the command tex --version works perfectly fine in the terminal. However, Pycharm is now unable to detect the Latex distribution. I tried restarting PyCharm, but it didn't help. Please see the image below. How can I get PyCharm to detect the installed Latex distribution?

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
