No reconoce Micrófono Interno Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS en laptop huaweii matebook 14d

Acabo de instalar Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS y al principio no reconocia la tarjeta de sonido , no reproducia ningun sonido , pero buscando lo pude solucionar . Pero no encuentro como hacer funcionar el microfono . Al ejecutar el comando : arecord -l Arroja lo siguiente :
