Pinging ipv4 addresses works while ipv6 doesn't

Reference: Question being talked about

I have a virtual machine set up on Virtual box that can ping ipv4 addresses (and domains using ipv4 addresses like amazon.com) but not ipv6. In the question mentioned above, the author says that his ISP doesn't support ipv6, so he has no option left there.

I have a similar configuration to the author's, but my ISP does support ipv6 and I can ping google.com using my Windows 11 host machine.

Clearly it's not an ISP problem for me, and I've been scratching my head around this for quite some time.

`kali` isn't supported by AskUbuntu. The `traceroute6` command may help.

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
