Every Linux distribution can do that - it's a matter of personal preference - i.e. opinion. And this site is for Ubuntu only.

I consider my Ubuntu system a GNU/Linux system, so if you want an opinion I'll suggest GNU/Linux. Be that Ubuntu GNU/Linux, Debian GNU/Linux, Fedora GNU/Linux, or OpenSuSE Linux, as they're all systems I have in this room - they're all GNU/Linux thus it doesn't matter. This is a Ubuntu site, and all *flavors* of Ubuntu are at the heart Ubuntu systems anyway; thus it makes no difference. The age of the *software stack* matters more, but your question doesn't mention that; Ubuntu offers LTS or newer options, as well as some *specialist* systems too... that matters more to me not the distro.
I sit in a Tesla and translated this thread with Ai:

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
