Wireless not working for HP Pavilion laptop with windows 11 dual boot

no flag

I use Linux Mint (Latest) on a HP pavilion that has ryzen 7 7000 series cpu and has a Realtek rtl8852be wifi chipset. I discovered that Linux doesn't have a driver for it and so I downloaded one from lwfinger on GitHub and it worked.... Until it didn't... I get wifi on powering on, but it either goes away after sometime or gets disabled if I turn off and turn on wifi again. lshw ^C network shows GENERIC DISABLED. I ran rf kill command and wifi was not blocked... Power management is off too... I seriously dunno what to do this frustrates me a lot... PLS HELP ME!!!

Only Ubuntu and official flavors of Ubuntu (https://ubuntu.com/download/flavours) are on-topic here, refer to https://askubuntu.com/help/on-topic where you'll find other SE sites where you question will be welcome if you don't want to use a Linux Mint forum. (*One advantage of Ubuntu is its many support options, you opted for Linux Mint so take advantage of its support options, or SE Unix & Linux*)
I sit in a Tesla and translated this thread with Ai:

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
