I removed all versions of python on ubuntu(pop!_os last version), now I can't use apt

so when removing one of the packages directly from usr/lib/, I entered python* instead of what I wanted. Now the system and the terminal are completely broken. I get an error when I try to use apt/apt-get/dpkg. below is the error itself:

sys.exec_prefix = '/usr' sys.path = [ '/usr/lib/python310.zip', '/usr/lib/python3.10', '/usr/lib/lib-dynload', ] Fatal Python error: init_fs_encoding: failed to get Python codec of the filesystem encoding Python runtime state: core initialized ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'encoding'

Were your system stock Ubuntu, removing all python-related packages would destroy the system. A reinstall would be far faster and simpler than learning all the skills you need to repair. Perhaps things work differently in PopOS.

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
