Voice.Google Gsuite Small business & integrating Salesmate.io CRM

in flag

Hello and thank you Stackexchange team,

I am trying to integrate a business level Gsuites voice.google account with Salesmate.io CRM. The steps should be similar for other web CRM systems like salesforce, or Monday. Typical CRMs use a SIP protocols for skype, facetime, knowlarity, etc to integrate contact incoming and outgoing calling and mms history and context. Basically the phone version of [email protected] or support@ architecture.

google support case(s) Multiple cases suggests it is possible with Gsuites for paying businesses (which we are), but there is no syntax code examples, or architecture information I could find for voice.google.com. I would expext something along the lines of the following:

call:[number]@google.voice.com MMS:[number]@google.voice.com

Whatsapp uses https://web.whatsapp.com/send?phone=[number]

I've installed the google.voice app extension, but that isn't quite the same service. I am hoping someone has dug into the code a bit deeper and has some ideas on what to try. I'd be happy with just seeing "jane doe missed call" in the CRM or Called "John Smith 12/31/21" in the CRM contact log history.

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
