Warning: The server has IP addresses with conflicting site associations

There's a related post here, but it doesn't seem to match what I have going on.

We've been having strange DFS issues related to users being pushed the wrong DFS server, or their mapped drives being unavailable. When running DFSDiag /TestDCs /Domain:[domain] on one of our 5 DCs, I get the following messages for each of the 5 DCs:

'''Validating the site associations on every domain controller of the following: S13-DCFS01 Warning: The server has IP addresses with conflicting site associations Host name: S13-DCFS01 Site: S13-Remote Domain controller: S13-DCFS01 Host IP address Subnet-SiteMapping in AD 169.254.233.61 No mapping exists'''

Each of them have the same 169.254.233.61 address. However, when I run DFSDiag /TestDCs /Domain:[domain] on any of the other 4 DCs, all 5 DCs pass successfully. I'm confused as to why this single DC has issues with site associations. None of the DCs have a 169 address. Any thoughts are appreciated.

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
