Sudden random HTTP/2 403 Forbidden on IIS

mw flag

All of a sudden I am getting random "403 forbidden" errors on a website running under IIS. I have been struggling the last few hours to nail down the issue and I can't find it. It appears that elements coming up with that error are located in directories such as js, docs or css. I didn't get any error on elements located in my website's root directory.

In order to discard any database or .NET compilers issues I created a plain html page with just a few items and loaded it on the server: I am stilling getting the error. I restarted the website and the application pool in my IIS but it didn't help. ## Heading ##Reloading the page several times will make it usable but cleaning up the cache and loading it on a clean browser isn't working properly

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
