recently i am passing by a problem and i need help from you.
I have a dell computer with two operating system (Kali Linux and windows 10),i made my windows in a hibernate mode and it shoot down due to the less charge in the battery, and when i tried to open it windows hard disk , didn't want to open sometimes show me the blue picture **your computer ran into a problem and needs to restart**
And something it shows me a black screen and reboot.
So i made a diagnostic to my windows and i found this error :
Error code 2000-0142
Validation 38047
Msg: hard drive 0 s/n 5verlkwl self test unsuccessful.status =7
So i decided to use my Kali to open the disk drive but unfortunately they show me this error when i wanted to mount it:
The disk contains unclear file system (0,0).
Metadata kept in Windows Cache, refused to mount.
Falling back to read-only mount because the NTFS partition is in an unsafe State. Please resume and shutdown Windows fully (no hibernation or fast restarting.)

NTFS is either inconvenient, In the first case run chkdsk /f on windows the reboot in Windows twice. The usage of the /f paramèter is very important! If the device is a SOFTRAID/FAKE RAID then first Activate it and mount a different device under the /dev/mapper/ directory, (e.g./dev/mapper/nvdia_eahaabc1). Please see the 'dmraid' documentation
