Figure out ways to forward traffic through proxy for Home network from external 3rd party

cn flag

I noticed all my traffic goes through one ip address which seems a proxy and this proxy is not set up neither by me or my provider (I contacted them on this issue). I want to figure out who and how did this and as a first step I want to understand options to forward traffic from private home network to the proxy from 3rd party.

Environment:

  • I time to time work from different locations. From one of this location since some day traffic in the first hop start goes through on ip address far from my location. This ip address doesn't have relation to my provider.
  • In the last two cases I have been observing ip address is more or less stable (100.63.23.255 and 100.64.23.255)
  • Despite I sometimes use proxies for work I am sure they were not
    enabled at that moment.
  • Network is private home network.

Do you need more data from my side to answer the question?

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
