Server Drive issue

My server was not working at all since yesterday, when DC intervention complete they told that one of the drive is defected.

I am using 4x 2To HDD SATA Soft RAID

After they checked and online the server the status is

here is the result currently

unused devices:

now its look like wa is fine after their diagnoses and intervene, should i start container and taking backup? and how node looks fine after their intervene, should i start container and take backup first?

or it will create more isses? did they disable that drive or what, means i can backup?

Looks like the fourth drive (sdd) might be missing, what does your IPMI say about available drives?
