Do spanned volumes always take up part of the main hard drive(The one with windows installed)

es flag

I have set up a spanned volume that consisted of 2 physical hard drives yet part of it is on my main hard drive(the one with windows installed) is that normal behaviour? The volume I'm referring to is K:Data. Notice how it takes up 1mb of disk 0 even though I configured it to only span disk 3 and 4. Is this normal?

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
