microsoft.visualstudio in my Resource-provider list is stuck in "Registering" status

tz flag

microsoft.visualstudio in my Resource provider list is stuck in "Registering" status.

Unregister-AzResourceProvider -ProviderNamespace "microsoft.visualstudio"

is returning the error "Unregister-AzResourceProvider: The subscription cannot be unregistered from resource namespace 'microsoft.visualstudio'. Please delete existing resources for the provider."

Then I thought of removing and installing it fresh, but that doesn't seem to be working either.

Remove-AzResourceProvider -ProviderNamespace "microsoft.visualstudio"

is returning the error "Remove-AzResourceProvider: The term 'Remove-AzResourceProvider' is not recognized as a name of a cmdlet, function, script file, or executable program. Check the spelling of the name, or if a path was included, verify that the path is correct and try again."

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
