I am using the iwlwifi firmware directly from git.kernel.org (cloned and checkout out today).
I have googled the web, and they say it should be working now to set up a Wifi 6 AP with an AX210 card with a most recent firmware and kernel. I am using kernel 6.3.

After having started hostapd with this configuration, my 6 Ghz channels in iw list
get disabled.
