I strongly suggest to use gnome tweak tool Enable shell and user themes extension.

Download and add a custom theme from kde store.

As you can see, my Gnome desktop environment on Debian 10.9 looks like this-

and the Gnome tweak tool configuration is as shown below -

enter image description here

and again, as you can see in the above screenshot that panel hides automatically. Also, the panel has adaptive transparency and is curved; looks as shown-

I hope that my answer turns out to be an act of quite a help, for you.

Tqs for trying man, I'm already using everything with Tweaks tool only, you said your panel is curvy right? Same with mine, I don't want that curviness. I want it to be rectangular or small recatngle with soft edges.

Try switching to gnome classic instead of gnome environment. Gnome classic environment has old legacy styled gnome UI.

That is too old man, I want to know what part of the above code to be changed in order to make panel rectangular

Well, I'm no big expert on this but, do try to replace **`false`** with **`true`** in **`stockgs-force-hotcorner=false`** in the above code you've pasted.

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
