Ubuntu screen freezes and whole system crashes

mx flag

I was running Ubuntu 20.04.1 and suddenly my laptop would freeze and lock up completely. It is not responsive to mouse and keyboard. I tried Alt+F2 to restart GNOME Shell.

The background video playing on the browser (YouTube) also stops, so I pressed Ctrl+Alt+Del. My SSH connection was also not working at that time.

I tried changing my GRUB to intel_idle.max_cstate=1. I deleted the additional NVIDIA drivers and just worked with my Intel graphics card, but it also didn't work. I tried searching for logs at the time when it froze, but I found nothing.

I dual boot windows and I have 8 GB of RAM and 2GB swap space. The freeze happens at random times. It sometimes freezes when I just login where there are no programs running. I even changed my kernel version. I am sure that it is not problem with my hardware. Windows works fine. I have tried almost everything I found on internet but nothing worked. Can anyone help me Please?

My laptop's specs are:

Device name: Inspiron 7591
Memory=7.6 Gib
Processor=Intel Core [email protected] x 12
Graphics Intel UHD Graphics 630
//Other Graphics : Nvidia 1650 GTX (I am not using this one)
Gnome 3.28.2
OS type 64 bit
Disk 105.2 GB

Since nothing worked for me I switched to 18.04.01, but the same problem arised.

And similar. I am not sure what this crash is.

Today, 2021 Jun 11 6:57, my laptop froze again and I got the logs form journalctl just few seconds before. This is very long so I uploaded it in a pastebin.

Hope someone will find the problem. I couldn't understand it.

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
