Here is a link to a recording I made of the issue. No idea how to describe it better.

I installed Ubuntu 20.04 LTS on my midrange Razer blade 15 2019 and all was going well until it finished installing everything after I restarted. I started getting this really fast glitching where the whole screen would be pasted onto itself and looked like nothing I'd ever seen before.
I implemented a short term solution by switching to my intel graphics drivers but I need a real solution here.
I've taken a look at many threads and people say to edit the grub default file in etc/defaults or whatever but my terminal is telling me that location does not exist.
I've tried switching the driver version under software and updates to 450 and still have the same issue.
Another thread said something about disabling Force Full Composition Pipeline the nvidia control panel under current dispay, however I have no such setting even after clicking advanced, which actually adds no extra options what-so-ever (the advanced button basically does nothing). I'd upload I pic right now but I'm using my intel driver and I will need to restart.
Here are the pics:
PS. I found the grub file I need to edit and will try to see if the method works.
Update: method does not work, still have same issue.
Update
I have uninstalled the drivers completely and reinstalled nvidia latest driver for Ubuntu using PPA and no glitching or tearing so far; I've made it probably 5 minutes now and I will keep this thread updated on the results.
OOPS! Looks like my computer is still using the intel graphics from my cpu I guess I'll need to figure out how to use my card and update this thread.
Update
Still having the same problem. I am going to try reinstalling Ubuntu one more time before I give up and move back to Windows since nobody has helped me yet.
