Anyone else know how to install a Game called Fursona Maker on Linux?

ve flag

I already have the files installed from the site and I've tried running them in the terminal but they aren't running I get a message saying "No such file or directory" even tho when I use the ls command it shows the file in the directory please help someone

Edit:This is what it shows when I try to open the file and I am also on a Chromebook I'm not sure what version of Linux, it's just the version that you can install from the settings menu on a chromebook1

So you are probably in the wrong directory. Please update your question with how you installed the game, and the exact commands you are running and their output. .

Please also provide OS & release details. Commands are searched for in $PATH and you can't always assume $PWD or `.` is in $PATH, and given we don't know your OS & release, we don't know what defaults are likely.

Please refer https://askubuntu.com/help/on-topic, Ubuntu and official *flavors* of Ubuntu (https://ubuntu.com/download/flavours) are on-topic on this site. The on-topic link provides alternate SE sites for non-Ubuntu OSes. *You've provided no OS details; nor architecture details as the program will need to match your system's OS architecture, but key is you need to provide the path as it looks like $PWD isn't in $PATH thus the not-found error, ie. include "./" in front of command assuming all else is good*

I am using the Linux development environment that you can install onto ChromeOS, do you know where I can find the information that you need?

my prior comment provided what I suspect is the clue you need (ie. "./" assuming you're architecture is good), but you provided a picture of text, as I can't copy/paste from a picture so I couldn't be more specific without typing out details in your picture and I won't do that.. you're off-topic & the on-topic link provides alternate *sister* sites to this one.

This question belongs on https://unix.stackexchange.com as this isn't about Ubuntu.

However, I think this [question and answer applies](https://askubuntu.com/questions/133389/no-such-file-or-directory-but-the-file-exists). You are trying to run the x86 file, have you tried the x86_64 file?

I would explore what type of file it is, ie. `file ./Furwhatever.blah` (it's a pic so I can't copy & paste) for clues; ie. ask the system what type of file it is using the `file` command. What what results that got maybe all you need; but if results weren't obvious on how I'd explore further (view file if ascii/text, as maybe *shebang* is missing for example)...

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
