XKB for mapping lock + wasd makes shift not usable

us flag

I edited my keyboard layout to make lock + WASD act as arrows, I did this on Xmodmap on other distros but here doesn't seem to work. XKB solution works fine but I have one problem, i cannot use shift in combination with the arrows, for instance: -If i use control + lock + d, it works as expected and I go to the next word. -If i use shift + lock + d, it don't do anything, nor move nor select.

I used gnome-tweak-tools to select mayus as 3rd level, but I need this to work.

Is there any ubuntu flavour where Xmodmap works flawlessly? Thanks guys!

with mayus ou mean the Shift key? and with lock you mean Caps Lock (or Num Lock or Scroll Lock or any other lock?). Please provide your custom layout as to make easier for us to understand your changes :-)

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
