Ubuntu not switching back to laptop speaker after disconnecting monitor

se flag

I am using Ubuntu 20.04.2 LTS and I after connect my laptop to a separate monitor for work purpose and remove it. My monitor also has inbuilt speakers which I believe are of better quality than my laptop's. Hence, I go to settings ->sound -> Output -> select the monitor as output device. However, when I disconnect, it doesn't automatically removes the Monitor speaker until I switch back manually to System speakers. In windows, when I disconnect my monitor, it automatically detects a the missing output device and revert back to system sound. Any way to achieve this ?

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
