After install of Ubuntu 20.04 LTS, the monitor will shut off before I can get to boot screen

I did an install of Ubuntu 20.04 on a 2tb nvme. The install goes fine but after I restart the computer, the monitor will shut off during boot. I can get to BIOS if I hold F2 but I can’t get to a Grub Menu or any part of Ubuntu before the monitor shuts off. It’s strange because if I choose to use Ubuntu before installing it works fine. I have tried multiple installations, safe graphics install and no mode set and none of these fix the problem. My computer is a custom build with these specs: I9 10th gen processor NO GPU (I just want to use the processors integrated graphics) The boot drive is a 2tb nvme The mobo is an Asus z590a prime, Intel chipset

I have tried multiple monitors but none work. My preferred monitor to use is an HP wide dual screen monitor.

This is extremely frustrating. Any help will be greatly appreciated!!

Oh yeah, I was also having trouble getting to the grub menu before installation at first. The monitor would shut off as soon as it appeared. But sometimes it will stay on so I can edit the installation settings. Sometimes.

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
