dual-boot, RAID, and Busybox Initramfs error

fr flag

I was using Ubuntu20/Windows10 for quite a long time. To bypass the RAID restrictions while installing Ubuntu i have switched the Boot settings in BIOS. So what i did to make it working:

switched boot settings in BIOS from RAID to AHCI / installed Ubuntu / returned boot settings from AHCI to RAID back

And everything was working great. I was able to use both OS systems.

Then I've decided to install Ubuntu to another drive (due to deterioration of my SSD, which i have completely removed from PC).

I did the same installation steppes like i did before. But now i can't boot into my Ubuntu with RAID option's on! To use Ubuntu i have to change RAID to AHCI everytime(and if i need to switch back to Win10 i have to revert boot settings from AHCI to Raid)! Because if i'm trying to boot with RAID's on i'm getting busybox error =(

I can't understand why it is not working as it used to be =( ps. I have seen answers to similar issues like "just switch to ACHI". So i can't use RAID with my Win10 and not to use it with Ubuntu? As i've mentioned before it was working for me for a long time. an error =(

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
