No os found after installing Ubuntu server

ro flag

I am trying to install Ubuntu Server on an old Lenovo tower. I am not doing a dual-boot. And I only want Ubuntu on my system. So first I burn the iso to a USB stick, install the OS on the computer, and when it prompts me to remove the installation media and reboot I do just that, but I get the following error:

Error 1962: No Operating system found. Press any key to repeat boot sequence.

I also tried to install desktop ubuntu, and it worker properly, correctly booting to the OS after installation.

I have tried performing the installation on both UEFI and Legacy boot, but neither seems to work. There is no safe boot option in the bios, there are no other USB sticks plugged to the system, and I tried to change the boot order, but despite everything I keep getting the same error, and my machine just wont boot into the system.

I performed the boot repair repair cycle, and tried installing the OS again, but I still get the error. Here is the boot repair log if it is of any help:

I would appreciate some guidance over how I could try to solve this, as I am quite new and inexperienced with this kind of stuff.

Are you intending to install with RAID?

No, an installation without RAID would be sufficient for me.

I see many references to RAID problems in the boot repair. I have never done anything with RAID, but I suspect that is where your problem originates.

would there be a way then to disable RAID for the installation?

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
