I have a 17 inch laptop monitor and 1920x1080 and the dpi was set to 96x96 i ran the command xrandr --dpi 142 but nothing happens and everything is still blurry. What can I do to make everything not blurry?

Since 21.04, the default Ubuntu session uses Wayland, not Xorg, and therefore, `xrandr` has no effect. Is that the case? You need to check your Display settings, and your GNOME scaling factor settings.

no problem, are you also using the standard Ubuntu flavour (i.e. not Xubuntu, or Kubuntu)?

Have you disabled fractional scaling in Settings > Screen Display?

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
