Wired connection fails after rebooting

in flag

I have a dual boot set up with Windows 10.

When I reboot into it, the connection works fine. When I reboot into Kubuntu, the wired connection fails to start.

The wired connection does work if I completely power off the PC and then start it back up. I have tried disabling Fast Boot and Wake-on-LAN as I've seen in other posts, but with no luck.

I am running Kubuntu 21.04.

Here is an image about the network connection failing:

What you need to disable as well is Fast Startup in Windows, a MUST when dual-booting.

I can confirm that I have disabled Fast Startup, but the issue persists: https://imgur.com/a/mXDQMNY

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
