Ralink RT3290 (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth) adapter not found in Kubuntu 21.04

ad flag

I have an HP laptop with a 4th gen i3, an NVIDIA 820M GPU and a Ralink RT3290 adapter for Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.
The problem is that my Ralink RT3290 (WiFi, Bluetooth) adapter is not found in Kubuntu 21.04.

I tried many solutions, but none of them solved the problem.
How can I solve this?

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
